THE BABY IS OUT

The wife of my brother-in-law finally give birth after more than 20 hours labor; my brother-in-law calls me in the house to inform me about it.

I am very excited to see the baby so me my friend Rose and I plan to go in there when my husband come home from work to drive us in the hospital, but twenty minutes before my husband comes home his cousin calls me and ask if I can report to work and so I say yes; need to postpone my visit to the baby work first so that I can earn little it is not always I have a job so I decided to come to work.

MY SALARY

Last night after our break time around ten in the evening my supervisor gives me my third paycheck and I was so surprise to see how much I earn for the last two weeks I am working there.

I had few overtimes in that check, but still for a person like me who is not used to have such big amount I am very, very happy because it would be equivalent to almost six months of my work salary there in the Philippines.

I am so eager to go home and show my check to my husband I know he will be happy for me too; I can help him now in some of our expenses in the house and I can send money back home without using his own money. He has been a very good husband to me and he provides me all my needs and extend a little help to my family in the Philippines.

MY SWEET HUSBAND

My husband does not wake me up today to make him some breakfast he just prepared all the things he needed himself and eat cereal with milk for his breakfast.

I just wake up when he gives me a hug and a kiss and spend another five minutes before his going to leave to work.

He told me that I look so tired that is why he does not bother waking me up to do those things because he can do it himself. I feel a little bit badly about it, but I cannot help it mentally I know I can do it, but physically I cannot.

I am blessed to have a loving and understanding husband.

GETTING READY TO PLANT

Summer is coming me and my husband is already busy preparing for our greenhouse, we already order seeds to grow inside the house for preparation. This is my second summer here and I am excited to make our garden again, this time I will make it sure that it would be the best garden my husband have. Last year we do harvest plenty too, but then we discover some problems in the plants.

This year my husband prepares a book where he can write the problems we encounter with each plant and what solution we make to solve it. My husband spent a lot of money just to have a garden and I need to help him to maintain it so that all the money he puts to it would be worthy.
