In every occasion we celebrate aside from giving gifts we also include cards as well for a little words of encouragement and greetings or simply saying "hi and how are you?". My husband love to buy cards that are so weird looking and have a funny quotes on them I may not really like it, but I can't help myself to laugh at it sometime.
After we celebrate Thanksgiving by cooking turkey (Thanksgiving wouldn't be completed without it...LOL..) as the most important food in the table beside from the other dish we cook, we will start buying little by little at a time some stuff and wrap them for Christmas gift. I am looking forward again for Christmas especially the kids in the family they are eager already thinking about the gift they are going to get. During this day also I love to give christmas cards as well for those people who shown me their support and love, letting them know how much I appreciate all the things they have done to me in coping in my new environment.
